BENJAMIN MITCHELL
ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE TEACHER

I'm Ben–
an Alexander Technique teacher, musician, and arts leader based in Dublin, Ireland.
Like many artists, I faced challenges with injuries.
But everything changed when I discovered the Alexander Technique.
Through practicing the Alexander Technique, I not only achieved full recovery and lasting freedom from pain but also unlocked greater ease and coordination in both my playing and daily life.
The transformation was so impactful that I felt inspired to share this work with others and went on to complete an intensive three-year training program at the Alexander Technique Institute of Los Angeles.
Since then, I’ve spent over a decade helping people from many backgrounds and professions rediscover ease and vitality in their bodies.
It’s truly incredible to witness the profound difference a small adjustment or shift in perspective can make.
